Variation is essential to survival, and change offers opportunities to increase diversity, unite people, and empower everyone to lift their voices. During a crisis, leaders have a responsibility to seek out divergent ways of thinking and processes, to recognize disagreement as a sign of progress, and to foster inclusion along the way.
