Marina Pearce, Ph.D., leads the global talent analytics practice at Ford Motor Company. Her team is responsible for leveraging science, data, and insights to drive employee experience and business value. Her current passions include: evolving how the company listens to, observes, and acts on employee sentiment; creating robust, engaging, science-based leader/employee feedback systems; designing workforce planning solutions across regions and functions; and conducting return-on-investment studies for key talent initiatives. Dr. Pearce received her Master's and PhD in Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University and her Bachelor's in Psychology & Business from the University of Pittsburgh.
